H-1B is an employment-based, non-immigrant visa for talents to work in the USA.When the H1B Petition is approved

and when the employee starts working in the USA, he/she can work for a maximum of 6 years and beyond if he/she applies

for Green Card with the intention to stay/ immigrate permanently to the United States

What are the steps involved in this process ?

One of our HR Staff will contact you to gather information from you and provide the details on arrangement.
After an assessment is complete, Wisdom will file your case in March and if your case is picked up by a lottery system by the US Gov, you will be notified in April - May months
upon which you will need to further provide all details to file your H1B. There will be a detailed interview before filing the H1B.
Once your H1B is filed and approved, expected sometime in August to November, you will then take assignment interviews and the location you will be assigned to
Once that is complete, you will be provided with all H1B papers and company documents for you to visit US Consulate in your territory (country) you are from
Once the Visa stamping is complete, you will be provided with appropriate travel itinerary/ tickets for you and your family dependents to fly in to start working

Who qualifies for an H-1B Visa?

We consider Technical talents who are in the software development industry with the above skills and have 6+ years of experience with a 4 year degree

Who can apply for an H1B visa?

A reputed company who is in the IT industry for a significant amount of years with a good track record of working with customers in the US across many cities and financial stability would be needed.

Can my family members apply along with my H1B?

Yes. When we file your H1B, we will append your dependents (only spouse and your kids) along with H1B (called H4) and can accompany you after getting the Visa
